Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates in 13 western states and Pacific islands. We serve Indigenous and rural communities through training, technical and financial assistance and advocacy.
RCAC’s Loan Fund is a financial resource for rural communities. The Loan Fund fills financing gaps and serves in unconventional markets. We offer loans for affordable housing development, environmental infrastructure, community facilities and small businesses in rural locations.
RCAC’s Small Business Loan Program assists businesses to retain or create jobs and thus improve the economic condition of rural communities. The business must be located in a rural community defined as 50,000 or less population. This program offers short-term loans for working capital and lines of credit as well as long-term loans for real estate and equipment.
