We offer short-term interest only bridge loans from $1,000,000 to $20 million, and long-term SBA CDC/504 loans from $1,000,000 to $10 million, with an emphasis on speed and certainty of execution.
 

The BLC family of companies is comprised of Business Loan Capital which originates and underwrites our loans that are then funded and serviced by the BLC Prime Lending Fund II, and BLC Fund Advisors which raises and manages capital for the Fund.
 

We offer financing nationwide for borrowers who are either in a time sensitive situation or cannot currently qualify for traditional bank or conventional financing.
