Next Phase Funding was founded by an entrepreneur with decades of successful business ownership and a finance major with a commercial lending background. We chose to be in the secondary source finance sector, because we believed we could provide business owners with better financing options and client relationships than those offered by traditional financial institutions and large banks.
 

Extensive experience as both client and banker, brought us to the realization that most banks have policies to lend capital, primarily only to established companies that in most cases don’t need it. They are not positioned to provide the variety of financing options required by small and medium sized businesses.
